About Complete Rendering Solutions
Founded in 2008, Complete Rendering Solutions (CRS) was created by 2 current directors who have a joint experience of 48 years in render and insulated render systems and are available to offer a full range of technical advice.
We are centrally based in the East Midlands between Derby, Nottingham and Leicester. We offer a Nationwide service that is based on commitment to high standards of workmanship and site management. Coupled with this our clients are assured of competitive rates combined with good market and product knowledge. To achieve this we have forged key supply chain relationships with the industry’s leading system suppliers which guarantees our customers a wide choice of render and insulated render systems.
We have a comprehensive health and safety policy and retain health & safety advisors who are NEBOSH accredited. They keep us up to date with current legislation and assist us in all aspects of health and safety. In addition to this we are certified by CHAS (construction health & safety assessment scheme) and only employ operatives who are qualified to CSCS / NVQ Level 2 as a minimum.
We are also members of Constructionline and have PAS 2030 accreditation with the British Board of Agrement (BBA) allowing us to undertake work within the Eco/ green deal sector. We are also members of INCA, the Insulated Render and Cladding Association which is the recognised trade association for the external wall insulation (EWI) industry, representing the major system designers and installers within the industry.
Our Business Strategy is to encourage teamwork and ensure dedication to customer service from the beginning of a project through to completion. This is only achievable through our people. Our staff are key to our success and the relationships we build with our customers and suppliers. Training and development of our work force is paramount. We also run a successful Apprentice Scheme to nurture new talent.
A brief overview of our main contacts within our organisation are as follows:
Steve Baker – Managing Director for CRS, Steve has experience in render and insulation for over 14 years; previously working for Kingspan, Wetherby, Cornerstone and now CRS. He has excellent knowledge of insulation products and differing EWI systems. Working on anything from one-off bespoke housing to large scale high rise projects he has gained significant experience in designing EWI systems suitable for purpose, while also being the most commercially attractive option for clients. Steve prides himself on high levels of customer service and is always determined to leave our customers feeling they receive full value for money.
Hazel Turner – As Business Development Director she has gained considerable knowledge and experience in the field of renders and insulated renders through being employed by Rockwool UK for 12 years and Sto UK for 5 years. From 2006 - 2008 Hazel was employed by a well-known rendering contractor where she gained valuable contracting experience.
Clifford Henry – Contracts Manager, predominantly site based responsible for overseeing operations on a day to day basis and qualified to SMSTS standard. Health & Safety issues are top priority in his role. Clifford fast tracked through our Apprentice Scheme spending 4 years on the tools developing rapidly into a supervisory role prior to his appointment as our Contracts Manager. Clifford is a motivated, dependable and key member of the business liaising between operatives, customers, suppliers and CRS staff.
Sam Brown – Estimator, responsible for appraising tenders. Initially employed as an Apprentice Renderer, CRS swiftly recognised Sam’s IT skills and attention to detail and resolved to develop him in the practices of estimating. This quickly proved successful as Sam has grown from strength to strength and now confidently liaises with customers and suppliers to provide a professional service. He has developed an excellent understanding of a number of EWI systems and how to price them accurately. His experience on the tools has proven invaluable when he is asked for advice.
Daniel Sadler - Our Quantity Surveyor is site and office based and responsible for managing all costs relating to projects from the initial calculations to the final account. Daniel is a University Graduate and gained valuable experience working for Kier Construction for 7 years.
